No, he's not going to jump her out of the blue. She can at least rest assured on that. The more comfortable she gets the more intense they'll be able to get, though day one is a little soon for that. It's a gradual process, it'll take more than a single night of practice for her to master the skills he wants to teach her. That said, every time they work at it hopefully she'll grow in confidence and have more tools at her disposal to pull from if worst comes to worst.
