( she's healing, slowly but surely. the risk of infection is passed, both the generic kind that requires antibiotics (difficult to obtain in the state the world is now) and the one that would leave her body moving but every part that made her her entirely absent. it causes her some pain, it might for some time to come. but it isn't going to kill her. an important thing to remember, at least for Matt.
she catches him by the hand and he follows. there's so much his eyes can't tell him, that he can't really track as keenly as he'd like to. he has a basic sense of her, and basic is never enough when it comes to Elektra. the water isn't blazingly hot but there's enough of it that they have a little warmth to enjoy. he misses a lot of things about how the world used to be, and running hot water is pretty high on the list.
considering the limitations of hot water, they should probably focus on taking advantage of it and not each other. they should, though he's already a lot less interested in cleanliness than he should be. he'll multitask, pressing his mouth to he throat even as he reaches for a washcloth, that he holds expectantly for her to dose out the soap. see, they're such a good team, even in showering! )
