Upon further exploration of the app, it seems to be a music-sharing service that links directly to Robin's personal music library. Which, uh, she's been here a while and has been collecting music since she arrived, so her collection is freakishly expansive. Like, every song you could ever want to hear? It's on the app.
Characters will also be able to create and share playlists if they choose, and hey, it looks like one's already been created! It's a playlist specifically for Matt, and it's chalk full of classic rock.
